About
Respect for culture and traditions
In the early 70s, Colomba Fabio came to Leuven and started the renowned Pronto in the Mechelsestraat. It was an Italian establishment where every generation of students could hang out untill the early hours.
After a fire in the restaurant, it moved to the Muntstraat, where its success only grew. His son, Claudio, had no intention of working in the hospitality industry until he was asked to help out on weekens. That’s when the passion started to grow.
